  The listing clearly states that the iron came with the solemate but when the iron arrived there was no solemate. I contacted the seller and his response was sorry this is an autofill the iron was sold as pictured. But in the picture there was a solemate. I don’t know what to think at this point. The iron was very well packaged. The box was worn but the iron arrived without damage. I’m confident that the iron will work I’m just disappointed that the solemate is missing

  ⚠️⚠️⚠️ BUYER BEWARE!! Seller took the powerchord off the printer… it was clearly pictured plugged in and working & had the cord in every pic. He claims he forgot it , then got smart saying we’ll send the item back! I wouldn’t recommend shopping with him to my worst enemy! Not to mention he shipped a thermal printer in a cookie box poorly tapped popping open!! BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!
