  Absolutely worse - Paid for item on 06May25. Received the wrong item on 28May25. Extremely poor comunications - you may receive response after 5 days. This was my 2nd attempt to complete a transaction with this seller after they messed up the first sale (shipped my purchase to the wrong address - item no longer available for sale). Now seeking eBay's assistance for refund.

  I ordered two with different inscriptions. Seller sent two watches with same inscription. Seller fixed mistake and sent me another watch. Communication, however, was lacking, and shipping time was long. Watches look great though.

  Tried to cancel order because I noticed bad feedback and was rejected. Seller will not communicate. Received items and bad quality. Can’t read printing on hats. Again seller refused to respond. eBay stepped in and issued refund.
