  Shipper packaged a 50.00 DVD in bubble wrap envelope. When i received it top of case was crushed. Seller refused to take responsibility. Or offer anything to redeem her big mistake. Told me to take it up with USPS. I don't think so! Beware!

  Yes Bubble wrapped packages are for dvds and CDs. Unfortunately I have no control how the post office handles items. once it left my possession in stated excellent condition I cant be responsible for the post office breaking it. An you your self as a seller knows darn well that's true. I have not had any neg feedback in a few years an now because you wanna be spiteful an take advantage of ebay policy you do this.
