    The computer arrived promptly and was incredibly well packaged in great condition. I’ve had a few days to play with it and tailor it to what I need and I’m absolutely delighted.     The PC had an intermittent power on problem and appeared uncleaned. I contacted green-it who were apologetic that it had been dispatched in that condition and offered a swap or immediate refund. I agreed to a next day swap (by DPD) . The replacement arrived within 24hrs in 'as new' condition and functioning as it should. When things go wrong the way a company deals with a problem says a lot about them. They were responsive and dealt professionally with my issue. I would recommend green-it
