The package was a week late ( not the sellers fault) and the customer service was brilliant - they kept tracking the package and contacting the delivery company then they would send a message updating me. Thanks to the staff for their help 👍

  Absolutely amazing seller very quick at responding to messages first item came dented no fault by the seller probably damaged in transit got in touch with him. They sent a courier out the next day to pick the old radiator up and send me a new one out within two days. Absolutely fantastic. Would recommend the seller any day of the week. The radiator looks amazing and is also mega high-quality for the service they have provided they are mega professional and excellent value for money.

  Bought a Radiator in used condition seller sent email do I still want the item but never saw this mail until it was too late to reply, description said a few scratches but the item arrived and the box packaging the radiator was so badly damaged with missing parts, chips/scratches from courier. sent email asking for replacement/parts The seller sent out replacement fittings and offered a refund, overall I would buy again from seller as I did, They sell other items I have saved seller A1++++

  Bought radiator and service was 1st class customer services sent out radiator a bit battered box but got a refund for broken box, Parts missing but seller sent out replacements overall the radiator was value for money i would buy from them again and placed on save sellers, A seller you can trust they don't just sell radiators and if they are used (returns) they are heavily discounted I have since bought more from them and we all like a bargain

  Received my order, when building I noticed a couple issues but the seller was great and offered a partial refund for the issues I had. The price was decent for the item received. Fast communication with seller and was resolved within a day. 5* seller!

  Item as described, instructions included, which helps a lot, as there is a lot of pieces, but managed to build it on my own. Rather heavy to carry, but it's understandable. A bit of an issue with delivery, as the courier didnt communicate very well, and was rather obnoxious (hung up on me on 2 occasions when we discussed delivery) but its not a reflection of the seller or the item.
