I used them once & they seemed to work fine, but then I had a problem just over a month later. I emailed the seller who responded very promptly. He was extremely helpful and apologetic. He sent a new item very quickly. I have just received it, only 2 days after my initial email to him! This is brilliant customer service & great product too! Many thanks

Great communication and very helpful , was informed that parcel had been delivered but no sign of it , messaged the seller who was very helpful and supplied a photo of where the parcel had been delivered to and it turned out to had been delivered to my neighbours house around the back . - -***a (4838)- Bewertung vom Käufer.Letzter MonatBestätigter KaufExcellent seller , however the Delivery driver at Amazon UK didn’t leave parcel at front door as they had suggested didn’t even press the door security butt he just left against a wall he just walked off not professional .. anyone could have taken this parcel lucky I had camera’s around and honest neighbours .. would definitely buy from seller again but providing they use another delivery driver network .. I’d suggest Royal Mail or Evri and pay extra than go through this again .
