    i contacted the seller about my missing item that went to the wrong address and the seller hasnt sorted it for me and will not give me a refund on the item i am not happy with the sellers service

    Buyer Callum Hunn accused me of sending his purchase to the wrong address. I tried to explain to him that I did everything correctly and sent his package to the address that was indicated on the eBay Packing slip "Post to". I tried to explain everything to him, but he didn't want to listen to anything, when buying the product he didn't inform me that he wanted to receive it at a different address. He started to complain when he received the package at his work address.

    This seller is amazing, got my item just in time for a birding trip to Central America. The shoulder pad works perfectly with my Sirui monopod and L-20s tilt head. Excellent quality in manufacturing and materials. The padding is nice and thick, I didn't feel the monopod on my collar bone at all. I couldn't be happier with this buying experience!
