    The shoes were as described and even nicer than I expected, were well packaged and arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The seller agreed to a slightly lower offer and their shipping price reasonable making the purchase a good value for me.

    Sadly one bowl cracked in shipment, though packaged well! I blame the postal service! Response was fantastic, sympathetic and a partial refund very quickly. Highly recommend seller. Love the bowls.

    Even though bowl was broken upon arrival,seller issued refund on the spot. Would buy from this seller again and again. The only reason I gave a 4 on item description is because it arrived broken ,even though fragile and handle with care was written all over package.
