    I bought 5 wheels from Grant Walker Parts and was very happy with the experience. Communication was great—they replied quickly and had my order ready and shipped the next day. As usual, the courier was a week late, but that’s no fault of theirs. The wheels arrived in excellent condition, just like they were described on eBay—pretty much like new. Great value for the price. Packaging was basic, just on a pallet, but it did the job. No problems at all with the order.

    Service was extremely disappointing. The company was disorganised... couldn't find the part saying that it was "missing". I requested a refund and the description they provided on the refund note was 'buyer requested to cancel items ordered" after being given an unsatisfactory explanation for a missing part. Super poor. To make it worse... this feedback form blicks me from providing any negative feedback when negative feedback is due. Sad to say I can't recommend them.

    The company was great in answering my questions in relation to the product and responded in a timely manner. The package was well secured, arrived on time to my front door and was exactly as described. Just need time to get the items fitted by qualified mechanic. Would recommend the company without reservation.
