  Item was accurately described, well packaged, & shipped immediately upon payment. Communications with seller were done in a timely & cordial manner. Items is now part of my snowman pattern collection to be done in the winter months and I got a very good deal.   The item, which was packaged securely, arrived quickly. The pattern was placed in a plastic mailer along with a piece of cardboard and a packing slip. The seller also included a piece of material as well. The pattern is as described and photographed. The seller included photographs of the front and back of the pattern, as well as the contents (directions and factory-folded tissue pieces.) The seller also included the word "uncut" in the EBAY ad, which is helpful in looking for uncut patterns.

  I thought I was purchasing a different pattern based on the photo. When I received it in the mail, it was a different one. I contacted the seller. They sent me the pattern I thought I was getting free of charge! A+++

  I received the wrong pattern. Seller refunded the purchase and allowed me to keep the pattern. I was also informed that seller tried to get the pattern returned but that customer decided to keep the pattern.
