  Seller was great but unfortunately I wont be ordering again due to FedEx being used. Item just as described. Amazing fast shipping. Great Price. Once again some of the boxes were RUINED BY FEDEX. FedEx literally tossed this item in the middle of our road with the oil and mud and it was run over yet Fedex marked it delivered and went on the merry way. Apparently FedEx thinks its ok to toss packages in the middle of the road and mark it delivered.

  Arrived two days after order, could have been packaged better, one was damaged, contacted Grainger and a replacement was here very fast, one or two days, excellent communication, free shipping! Thank you Grainger for your prompt service!

  The boxes I received were a little off in the way the glued sides came together. But, when I contacted the seller, they offered to send me replacement boxes. So, I give them 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 for excellent customer service.

  Good seller and quick shipping, but I asked to have the boxes plastic wrapped for shipping and they came dirty with stickers all over them and no plastic wrap. My message was ignored or didn’t get relayed to shipping.

  Aside from that this can was exactly what I wanted at a fair price, what really needs praise is how the seller handled a shipping that went sideways. The spout that came with this can was damaged either in a warehouse or during shipping. I sent pictures of the damaged box and broken spout and asked how to proceed. With the information provided a replacement spout is on the way to be delivered tomorrow. Customer service like this is what creates return customers, of which I will be one.

  A+++ - great boxes as always. Extremely fast shipping I am close to there shipping location but still it arrived in 2 business days if purchase. Grainger rocks, the boxes are great and are cheaper than others. Great value. They also ship broken down boxes in a large box with lots of huge bubbles which is nice to get extra of those they don’t skimp out. Great experience as always thanks Grainger.
