I had to reach out, and it took several days to get a response. It then took 2 weeks to receive the stand. Once set up, the pedal and presser foot function did not work as described in the manual and listing. I contacted the seller for help, but they stopped responding. While the machine functions—though not as described—slow support and missing parts make this a risky purchase. Be prepared for delays and unresolved issues.
