I hate to leave negative feedback and E-Bay keeps sending me emails telling me how important feedback is, so I'm leaving this as Neutral. I purchased an item, never received any tracking information, contacted the seller to ask about it, never received a response to this day, never received the item. I did get my money back through E-Bay's guarantee but I still wonder what were the circumstances for why the seller never replied, especially since his feedback number is 100%, hope everything's OK.
