    DREADFUL SELLER, AVOID! I ordered a 'Genuine Leather' iPad Cover with additional screen protector. I received a nasty PU plastic cover without the protector. Raised a Return. Seller sent a label but post office said it had already been used and was unacceptable. Seller sent another label, a photo of the first. Seller then told me "avoid the post office' and 'just pop it in the nearest letter box'! There would be no proof of posting and of course, it wouldn't be delivered. EBay are on the case.

    Original item was received promptly & well packed. It initially looked fine, however, after a few days of normal use I was surprised to see the pvc covering started to peel off on spine & areas near folds. Sent message to seller to explain the problem with quality & they promptly apologised & sent a replacement. I have not used the replacement yet but happy with final service I received. It seems good value, & I may have been just unlucky with a faulty item.

    The item was received and was exactly as photographed and described by the seller.There was a problem with a late delivery but was not the fault of the seller.Exceĺlent communication from the seller who was kind for to send out a replacement in the post.I have the utmost respect for this seller who is a real credit to ebay.A*****.
