  This is not a BOUNCE brand brush, but I didn't read the full description or I would have seen that. The item works ok, I ordered the actual BOUNCE brush so will know better how they compare once received. The seller was engaged though and gave me a partial refund to keep the item vs returning it. Not a bad item, just know you are not receiving the brand name brush.

  The seller sent the wrong item and is refusing to allow me to return it for what I ordered. It says on the listing that "returns are accepted" but the seller is insisting I keep it and instead, offering discounts instead of taking back what they accidentally sent me. I have contacted ebay for a return since the seller is not working with me. That is horrible customer service. If you send someone the wrong item, you should take it back and exchange it for what they bought to make it right.
