  Item arrived damaged, non-functional, but seller quickly refunded the full shipment value. Item arrived in condition as described, except that the carriage wouldn't move due to the shipping damage. I am guessing that the item could have been packed a little tighter and with more cushioning, but the box burst, so it's possible it would have been damaged either way.

  The item arrived later than expected due to bad weather that's just how it goes sometimes. The buckle was package extremely well. The buckle I received was just as described and in perfect condition. I was very impressed and happy with the value of my item.
