  Product came with box all messed up and halfway open. I didn't appreciate that. When I installed the product though, it worked fine. Got my problem fixed. I thought it wouldn't work because of how the package came. Package arrived sooner than expected. That was awesome. Price was just right and the item was exactly like described.

  The item listed as well as the item pictured in the seller's listing was not the item which I received. The seller responded by saying that the factory sent them the wrong item and offered me a $40 refund. The item cost $68 including tax, and that should be what I am due. I have had trouble getting a straight answer from the seller.l

  i had ordered the one for a Kia Sportage but for some odd reason it came up as a kia sorento and ordered it great communications highly recommend this company i had to re order for the kia sportage its here and will be replacing the part just sorry there was a mix up so i give this company 5 stars god bless and 73s
