This seller uses really professional packaging, there was no worry about shipping damage whatsoever. This laptop was advertised as being sold with no SSD and No OS installed, however it came with a 256gb SSD installed + Windows 10 Pro preinstalled! The seller offered me a full refund, which I greatly appreciated. However, the computer still works and the software was set up well so I was able to get windows 11 home running right out of the box.
