  My items were ordered one day and delivered the next, with timely communication on delivery progress and a small discount for buying more than one item.   The item arrived fast and as per description genuine quality. Due to the item being of weight the item was seperated from the box inside the satchel bag and was damaged in transit no extra tape on the box or padding was used the item was just placed inside the satchel bag and sent. This was dissapointing however with some effort i was still able to use the item. Seller was excellent to deal with however the freight company not so great.

  Item was received within a few days from ordering, packaging was excellent, item was as described. I did have to return this item as I ordered the incorrect one, the communication from the seller was excellent, it took less than a week to return the item via post and then being advised of full reimbursement. They also advised on the correct item to order. Correct item received within three days of ordering. Highly recommend this seller
