  This seller is my “go to” for BTS items; everything is exactly as described, arrives relatively quickly from overseas, is packed well & always arrives in perfect condition (even if boxes they’re packed are a little messed during shipping), free shipping, multiple item purchase discount & occasional sales price. Also, I usually don’t comment about the specific BTS items. Their packaging is always great; but holy moly, the Proof Collector’s Edition truly is surprising & impressive!

  First time I ordered I didn’t receive an item and it was shipped back to the seller. However, after discussion through Ebay, we agreed that the seller will send the package once again. I did have to pay a fee but it wasn’t a problem. The seller was nice enough to send package to me while my refund request was opened and provided me with DHL number. The parcel was shipped by DHL and arrived today on 30.6 (one day earlier than estimated!). On my side nothing to compare about, all good. Recommend!

  Everything was packaged well and arrived safely. The only issue I encountered was being sent the wrong album. But communication was quick and they offered two solutions to rectify the situation. So just waiting for confirmation on that. Very happy with service though. I would order from again. Thank you.

  I ordered two albums and I'm very happy with my purchase! They were shipped quickly and packed very securely with bubble wrap. Both albums were still sealed in their original plastic – completely new, just as described. Great seller, highly recommended!
