  Second purchase from this seller. Excellent transaction, quick shipping, item was better than described! I had ordered a similar item before (also 5 stars) and broke it (my fault not theirs) so I fixed it and ordered this one for my son because the exact item was out of stock. This rod has a metal tightening ring (the other was plastic) and is even better than the first one I ordered. This indicates there will more than likely be a third order! LOL...saved as a favorite seller, will buy again!

  Buyer beware! Item arrived in damaged package, and did not contain accessories (zipper case of bobbins,accessories,etal)as depicted in the advertisement. Contacted seller, they responded saying more or less too bad. Continued repeated attempts(following included instructions) to make the machine work failed to produce a single usable seam. I would not recommend purchasing anything from these people.
