  Quality is great, fits well, looks new. I'm a fan of the Metcon 5 and the colour options, which is rare to find on official stores these days. The only issue (which was noted in the description), was that the box it came in was in a terrible shape. It didn't have the top cover and the box itself was half ripped. It was sent in a bag (like it was a return item) that was put in a new package and sent forward. Overall, okay experience, but the packaging made me slightly concerned for a moment.

  Avoid this seller at all costs. The worst experience I've ever had in terms of communication, rudeness and service. As a seller myself it's important fair reviews are given and I've actually never written a bad review before. This is my first time on EBay. I received a defective item over 2 weeks ago, since then the seller has been rude, not delivered on arrangement to sort it out, ignored messages, no updates and I'm still left with a defective item. The WORST communication I've ever had.
