Unfortunately, the item arrived with broken glass on the frame...BUT...I can without a doubt say that it was not due to lack of careful packing. It took a beating during the Christmas rush at the post office. But not to worry. Upon notifying seller and sending pics, she IMMEDIATELY took care of the issue to my satisfaction. An eBay all star for sure!!
