  The item arrived quickly and as described. However, it was shipped in a small envelope with no packaging, and I accidently cut part of the dress as I was cutting open the package. I would recommend using a padded envelope in the future to avoid this problem. I am otherwise happy with this purchase and recommend this seller.

  This item was advertised as new and that is exactly what I received. Packaging had no evidence of ever being opened or damaged whatsoever. What was ordered was what was delivered including all manuals, controllers and equipment necessary to operate it and was pictured in the Seller's. Seller did an outstanding job with processing and shipping in a timely manner which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this Seller and will definitely not hesitate to order from him again!

  The outside box had a rip in it but the items was packaged well and was protected so there was no damage to the item. The item was as described and was a resonable cost. Shipping was prompt. I would do business with this seller again.

  Great all around experience. I bought Hoka shoes as 'new with defects' at a discounted price. I'm not sure what the defect is but the shoes are perfect. I'm so happy with these shoes! They are so comfortable! The seller is also very responsive. I had a question regarding these shoes before I decided to buy them and the seller replied so quickly. Nice fast delivery. As I stated above, this was a great all around experience. I will definitely be buying another pair of shoes from this seller.
