  Absolutely horrid customer service, will not respond to my messages. Sent wrong item. I even reached out before I purchased letting them know their listing name conflicts with the pictures and they said don’t worry correct item will be sent but wrong item sent.

  The title stated that this was a Pro Mix - the description & photos stated that as well. You did not receive the wrong order. You messaged us confirming if the mix includes Pro Soft & we replied yes that is what the listing includes. You purchased this after messaging "Hope to not see any Pro Soft in the batch" which is confusing.. why you would purchase an item with something you do not want? You stated you were unsatisfied with receiving Pro Soft, but you did not reply to our messages after.
