A prepaid return slip was issued and a refund received promptly. High quality customer service. Would buy from again despite the mistake in listing.

  Great quality for the price. Packaging was pretty nice although some of the albums did knock against each other slightly during shipping and cause minimal dents, etc. as expected from shipping. Shipping was fast and I got lots of updates from the seller!! Items were as described and it was insane to get 31 albums for $36!!! Some of the albums contained less than others and some were cosmetically damaged very slightly but still an insane bargain!!

  Overall a great seller, but when putting "packaging is destressed- see pics" I would expect that exact item in the pics to be sent. I still am giving a positive review though because after I had messaged them expressing my disappointment in getting the CDs in a different condition, they understood and gave me a partial refund. I would definitely buy from this seller again, since they have reasonable prices, but will definitely be a bit more realistic with my expectations.
