  Fast shipping. Item new in box, as described. Unfortunately, one of the horns was broken when the figure arrived and I had to glue it back on. But that's probably not the seller's fault, as the box was still unopened ... the damage probably occurred during shipping. In any case, the price was good and I would definitely buy from the seller again. A+++++

  Product arrived well packaged and in good condition. Although, the product was different than what was described. I contacted the company immediately and they were quick to rectify the situation. A prepaid return slip was issued and a refund received promptly. High quality customer service. Would buy from again despite the mistake in listing.

  Shipped quickly, but was missing the power supply. Seller responded quickly and sent the missing part and everything works as per the description. Shipping mistakes will happen and it says alot when the seller steps up to make good on their errors. Thanks so much to a great ebayer and I will definitely buy again when possible in the future!!!

  Great quality for the price. Packaging was pretty nice although some of the albums did knock against each other slightly during shipping and cause minimal dents, etc. as expected from shipping. Shipping was fast and I got lots of updates from the seller!! Items were as described and it was insane to get 31 albums for $36!!! Some of the albums contained less than others and some were cosmetically damaged very slightly but still an insane bargain!!
