  Item was new as described but, shipping was delayed. Honestly, I think the Seller forgot to ship item out until they saw my message (6 calendar days/4 business days after purchase) asking if item had shipped and if so, please advise and forward the tracking number. I received no response to that inquiry. Also, I thought I was buying from their Newport, NC location but, saw tracking number originate out of Plattsburgh, NY(was told from 2nd location). Seller communication could've been better.

  Days after the product showed it shipped I let them know I had not received the item. Then a couple of days past that I got an email saying my item was canceled. Why wasn't I notified before it showed shipped?
