  I've been ordering from golden state art for a long time, and I'm always quite happy with what I receive. I ordered multiple items in my most recent order, and one of the items was absent (the first time this had happened out of the many times that I ordered). I contacted golden state art about it, and immediately they sent out a replacement which arrived within 2 days. I was very happy with the way the handled their mistake. Thank you very much.

  The product I received wasn't a "wood product", but was good quality, price, condition and looked really nice, but I needed something heavier, for the art I was framing. The seller stood behind the product and issued a full return quickly. I wouldn't hesitate ordering from this seller, because they actually have integrity. You learn who a business is, when there's a problem and they correct it without question. Great seller!!

  These frames are SO nice and a great value! They are extra secure the way they are constructed. I will buy from this Seller again for sure! They had the frames secured so well in boxes within the box, plastic corner protectors within the box and bubble wrap even inside the main box, so even if they were thrown around in shipping, they would still be secure! A+ Seller, fast shipping and highly recommended! Thank You so much!
