Communication was excellent, I had actually ordered the wrong wattage and seller contacted me to double check which one I actually needed instead of just sending me a wrong one.   Unfortunately, I made a mistake and ordered the wrong item. However, the order arrived in good time for an overseas delivery and the item was packaged very well. I did contact the seller to see if it would be worth it to ship the item back to them for a refund. They were very responsive and courteous about the question. I will likely be ordering the correct item from this seller as soon as I am able. NONE of my difficulties were the fault of the seller, all of that was my mistake.

  Well packaged and prompt fast delivery. Item as described, I haven't tested it yet but by all appearances it's a very accurate and well executed reproduction of an original bobbin. Fits in vintage featherweight 221 with no problem. Good vendor.
