  I had a bit of a problem with my item when it arrived but the seller is working on a resolution for me to made the problem right. The packaging was good to protect from damage during shipping. The value was unbeatable, this item is more than $20 more from the store. Item is not exactly as described but the seller is working on fixing the problem. Shipping time was extremely quick.

  Really impressive seller. Item in excellent condition, (even had the label on it), as described, and the price was good, apart from the extortionate postal costs, which are not the seller’s fault, but double the price of the item. I usually won’t purchase from the US for this reason. (Item from Canada, but same postage). The packaging was very appropriate, in more ways than one. Much appreciated.

  the product was well packed, it was as described (beautiful! best value for money!). Shipping was not so good, the tracking number provided by the carrier did not work, but the seller acted promptly upon my escalation and investigated the issue.

  Your site said you ship with Canada Post. If I knew you would use UPS I would not have ordered from you. I have had SO MANY bad experiences with UPS. At least this time they did deliver to my door rather than sending me to pick it up myself; but I got a message from them saying they would deliver the next day between 4:30 and 8:30. I stayed home. Around 8:00 I checked and they had cancelled that delivery. It showed up with no further notices two days later. Canada Post is always reliable

  A fast, fast, smooth transaction. Highly recommended, Everything seems to be fine. The lamps work. It took me an hour to unpack the parcel. It must have taken you 10 hours to pack it. Thanks very much for all your trouble. (I didn't notice the cracked panel so the repair job must have been well done.) My daughter's name is Alicia, spelled the same way. Thanks again.
