  I had a bit of a problem with my item when it arrived but the seller is working on a resolution for me to made the problem right. The packaging was good to protect from damage during shipping. The value was unbeatable, this item is more than $20 more from the store. Item is not exactly as described but the seller is working on fixing the problem. Shipping time was extremely quick.

Item in excellent condition, (even had the label on it), as described, and the price was good, apart from the extortionate postal costs, which are not the seller’s fault, but double the price of the item. I usually won’t purchase from the US for this reason. (Item from Canada, but same postage). The packaging was very appropriate, in more ways than one. Much appreciated.

  the product was well packed, it was as described (beautiful! best value for money!). Shipping was not so good, the tracking number provided by the carrier did not work, but the seller acted promptly upon my escalation and investigated the issue.
