  Seller packed the remotes in a box without any padding so they were shaking around. One shattered at the top. Was lucky more were not damaged. In addition I asked if all of them had battery covers and was told they did. 2 did not. Reached out to the seller. They ignored me at first and then blamed the damage on the post office rather than shipping a 1/2 full box with loose remotes. Did not offer to make it right.
