  The seller sold the item but didn’t take it off their site which meant I paid for nothing. The seller said they would issue a refund - they didn’t. I issued a cancellation which they rejected. They had poor communication skills and were rude when they did communicate (which was twice). Bad seller. I will never buy anything from them, and I’ll advise anyone looking to to run a mile. Very poor business acumen.

  Never send what I ordered. Never responded to my messages. I contacted ebay and told them id still like my purchase and I see they sent me a refund. HOW RUDE!!!!!!

  Item was not a ST dupont lighter case, but a case for Dupont chemical counter top samples. Item was attempted to be delivered with over $50 COD for shipping, I had already paid $8 for shipping, I refused to accept the shipment because USPS would not provide a receipt for my payment. Seller never responded to multiple attempts to resolve my issue
