  I received the items in a damaged box. I requested to return the items and provided over five photos, a reason for the return, full explanation and photos that they items are un damaged and STILL the buyer is not offering me a refund and return - which is against customer rights. Very difficult experience with this buyer for absolutely no reason.

  It is the right product and it came within the advertised time. It had leaked with broken lid… assuming it was not the original condition, then it wasn’t packaged well. I had to transfer the contents to another container. Otherwise it was acceptable quality and service.
