  The watch I purchased was accurately represented in the description, pictures, and video. The team at GMT- J sent pictures of the watch as it was being expertly packed which I really appreciated. They also quickly answered my questions during the customs process which took longer than DHL originally forecasted but still went smoothly. I'm very satisfied with my new (to me) TAG Heuer Carrera Glassbox Chronograph and will definitely do business with the the professionals at GMT-J in the future.

  The seller expertly communicated a slight issue with the watch before shipping and had the issue serviced and fixed. I really appreciate their honesty and willingness to do that for this order and the amount of care and detail they put into making the order go impeccably is very commendable. They communicated through the entire process, packaged the watch perfectly, and shipped it extremely quickly where it came overseas in less than a week.   We are very pleased with our purchase. This seller is very organized and provided us with a beautiful Ball watch. The care taken in safely packaging our watch and the original box and documents was second to none. The Customs in Los Angeles was slow however and their fees for storage and other costs were expensive. This had little to nothing to do with the seller. We can recommend this seller for people interested in buying from a company in Japan. Very good communication!! Thank you. Mike

  Excellent transaction, and easy purchase to the United States without any issues. The watch arrived exactly as describe, and was delivered quickly, ahead of schedule. Communication with the seller was excellent during the buying process, and he send final photos of the packaging to make sure I was secure with the shipping.
