  This is an incredibly phenomenal seller. I purchased a Harmony 880 remote from him and the listing clearly said "No Refunds". The remote was promptly delivered and everything was perfect...except for the fact that a month earlier, Logitech quit supporting that model so I could not program it. I reached out to the seller and he graciously waived the No refund policy for this item. He certainly did not have to do that as he was also unaware of Logitech's policy change. This seller can be trusted!

  Absolutely nothing bad to say at all, pleasant experience, item shipped immediately, arrived it exactly the condition described in the ad. I had issues with Fed-Ex, no fault of shipper whatsoever. When I contacted seller to make them aware of the delay, response was immediate, polite, and reassuring. Highly recommend this seller,would not hesitate in the future.

  Great communication, and extra information made this purchasing experience great. I asked the seller for size information and he messaged me images of the item with a ruler to give a very precise impression of the article. Really helped to "seal the deal" as I could compare to my existing bag which I wanted to replace. Super happy with the transaction, shipping was prompt, sturdy packaging, and received it ahead of the estimated date. Thanks again to GMADD!
