  I am currently having a negative/bitter/bad experience with this seller. I ordered 7 pieces of this soap but what was delivered to me was a wrong soap that is bad for my skin. Since I got the delivery, I contacted the seller requesting, for a return but up till now, the seller is not helpful at all. Dear seller, I am emphasising this again, kindly attend to me on this issue. I need you to send me the exact soap (7 pieces ) I paid for!

  Item was described as new while it comes in a very bad condition and I don't know if it's old or been used or it's not even the right oil inside! for the £10 I paid I was expecting something new but definitely not what I received!!! the packaging was horrible too it was delivered in envelope...was very disappointed! 😔
