  Received this item quickly and well packaged. Was advertised as "used but like new." Have to say that it looks and works like brand new. Price was awesome and I can now charge my Dyson hand-held vacuum again. Excellent communication, and excellent seller AAA+++

  The earpads themselves arrived in great condition and as described. My one complaint is the packaging. Both earpads were sandwiched on top of each other so the plastic clips from one dug into the foam on the other and left some cosmetic marks.
