Had to wait until next day to contact. Told to expect delivery, again waited in, no delivery. Same message regarding more info. The next day told that delivery of parcel had been attempted - it hadn't. Turns out the parcel has been damaged in transit and returned to sender. However Globe packaging customer service was EXCELLENT - prompt refund issued.

Instead I was sent some made by a different manufacturer. I informed them and they said it was because they were out of stock of the Arofol ones! They offered me the choice of returning them at their expense or 30% off. I accepted the 30% as a compromise which was paid very promptly. I will check beforehand with them to ensure that I get what I want.

A delivery date was given and the delivery van arrived in good time. Trouble was, the package wasn't in the van. I waited all day for the item to arrive, then i contacted the seller. By the next morning, after the seller had contacted the delivery agent and myself and the item was delivered that morning. Very pleased.

Packaged well; they look strong, sturdy and in great condition. Excellent value for money purchasing them in bulk. You do need a strong duct tape to keep the packaging boxes sealed during transit as the self adhesive seal sometimes flips open due to the strong card. Though, they do what the purpose is for. Good for a firm box or a strong A4 envelope for documentation. Excellent! Thank you!
