The next day told that delivery of parcel had been attempted - it hadn't. Turns out the parcel has been damaged in transit and returned to sender. However Globe packaging customer service was EXCELLENT - prompt refund issued.

I contacted seller on Sunday and all was sorted out by Tuesday I was very happy with this and exceeded expectations.
