  Giving 5 stars for the item and the top quality service. There was a problem with this order insomuch it got lost at the couriers office so didn't arrive on time. I got in touch with the seller who sorted this out within half an hour, sending me a replacement item which arrived promptly. The test of a great seller is how they respond when things don't go to plan. Globe packaging were excellent in their response and I would highly recommend for their quality of customer service and communication.

  Excellent quality, very strong & value for money carrier bags, obviously in a new (as described) condition. Very well packed, despatched very quickly and very fast delivery (received well before estimated delivery date). I’ve ordered from this seller before (when despatch/delivery were just as quick), therefore I will most definitely not hesitate to order from them again in future & would highly recommend them.   Well, such a palaver with Yodel delivery service. Told delivery expected so wait in, at 8pmish driver requested more info. Had to wait until next day to contact. Told to expect delivery, again waited in, no delivery. Same message regarding more info. The next day told that delivery of parcel had been attempted - it hadn't. Turns out the parcel has been damaged in transit and returned to sender. However Globe packaging customer service was EXCELLENT - prompt refund issued.

  I will buy again but with caution because of the following experience: I didn't receive the actual “Arofol” envelopes that I had ordered. Instead I was sent some made by a different manufacturer. I informed them and they said it was because they were out of stock of the Arofol ones! They offered me the choice of returning them at their expense or 30% off. I accepted the 30% as a compromise which was paid very promptly. I will check beforehand with them to ensure that I get what I want.
