We are a Cummins authorized service center and we also took out another good ECM with the same part number to compare with the seller's. But they just refused to admit it. Then we packed it up at my own expense and returned it, and they even accused me of disassembling and replacing parts?! Ridiculous!!

But after 40 days he is telling that it is not same part number. When already 30 days return policy is over . But why buyer is telling lie that he had different part number. Might he had damaged the product after use ,and now he is telling to take Return . Buyer is too smart . Don't believe this buyer , he scamed every one.
