  Package arrived 16 days after it was ordered on April 5. . Received package today and post office delivered to wrong address. Not shippers fault. Packaging looked like the gorilla that does the samsonite luggage commercial had his way with it! Book inside was floating around with not wrapped in plastic in case it got wet.

  Item was damaged. Being its cast iron, it didn’t happen in shipping. After contacting the seller , I was told is was old and it wasn’t sent that way… there was no extra piece in the packing?? I double the postman got his arc welder out to break it. Crappy seller! Couldn’t even be graceful and act like the cared about selling useless items.

  This is a lie, I checked the door knocker before I sent it and it operated perfectly. I was the one who removed the door knocker from the door it was attached to, which was in working order then as well as when I shipped it. Narcissistic people just shouldn't buy things I guess because they will always have things to complain about and if there's nothing wrong they break it and blame it on you. Sorry buyer
