Personally, I think a seller should reach out if the item gets returned to see what happened and try to correct it. I was not refunded the money for the original order and nothing was said until I reached out. When I contacted about never receiving it they did send me a new pack but still, I’m sure they were made aware it was not delivered and a little follow up goes a long way
