She re-shipped my entire order via FedEx and threw in some complimentary items to boot. I am totally amazed by this level of service, considering it really wasn't her fault in the first place. Shipping was as expected—to Hawaii takes some time—not sellers fault. Pipes were packaged well and there was no damage even though the shipping box obviously took a beating on its way to us.
