  Reasonable shipping time for international. Slab was very well packaged, several layers of bubble wrap, but the slab arrived broken* (It broke along a line where I was going to cut it, so it's perfect for my application) The shipping personnel must have been very rough with it. The slab is the exact same one as pictured in the listing. It was a fair price.

  I am in love with this bi-colour yellow-green tourmaline, just received it and to be honest I'm simply blown away by it's size, the colour & the way it has been flawlessly cut, not to mention the plastic authenticity card which I've just popped into my wallet. It was packaged perfectly too, the seller emailed me as soon as it was sent & I received tracking notifications throughout it's journey and it arrived 4 days before I expected it too, amazing all round service & purchase from a A+++ seller

  The stones received are NOT AAA+ facet quality as described, filled with inclusions,examined every piece, None have any clean area to facet. The colour is quite good and size is as advertised. Excellent communication from this seller, responding quickly to my message, immediately asked how to resolve this and offered a 50%refund. Agreed to refund,will use as small tumbling material. Positive feedback due to the fast and equitable solution. My photos show the milk inclusion to some degree.

  The aquamarine stones I bought are absolutely gorgeous! The pictures don’t do the stones justice. Better than described😁 shipping was pretty fast for an oversees company well packaged! Great communication, will save this seller!

  This gem is more beautiful than the pictures. The communication was excellent, the packaging was professional and the entire purchasing experience was very good. I was hesitant about ordering from so far away, but please don't let that stop you. This shop is the real deal and their gems are stunning. The color is magnificent and the cut is skillfully executed.
