  Item was packed really well. Shipping to USA was prompt. Item just as described. The item was priced well considering damage but shipping to US was expensive. Was willing to pay because I needed these flowers to replace some broken flowers on an arrangement that has been in my family since the late 60s or so. Thanks!!

  Very prompt dispatch and delivery. Thanks. Well packaged -good job too, as the parcel looked as if it had been run over by a fork-lift truck despite the ample 'Fragile' labels. Photos did not show the damage to the front of the sound chamber and I think they should have done. However, good news is the banjo is in much better shape than I first thought and can be fully restored. Well pleased with my purchase. Excellent and helpful vendor. Thank you.
