  I had an exceptional experience with this Seller. The package was lost for nearly 2 weeks and he tracked it down and amazingly it was delivered within two days! He stayed in constant contact and is a real gentleman. The packaging had to take time and looked professionally wrapped as the box was quite long. I will order from him again!

  Seller sent a junk reel from another listing that was NOT the reel that I paid for. Seller attempted to blame their "packer" for shipping the wrong reel. After I returned the junk reel to the seller, and requested that the correct reel be sent to me from the auction that I won, they refused to send me my reel. This was obviously an attempt at a classic "bait and switch" scam to get rid of their trash on Ebay. This type of dishonest behavior is an affront to honest sellers on the Ebay platform.

  I was going to have this removed but thought I would let my customers see what we sellers have to deal with sometimes. My "packer" aka "my wife" did send the wrong reel out we had 2 listed. I received a very nasty message from the customer actually 3 throughout the return process. I ask the customer to start a return request. The reel was sent back and they received their refund. I received this nasty feedback almost 2 months after the sale. And at 5 this morning. Why be bitter. Be happy
