  Worst eBay experience yet. The books were poorly done copies, shipped from India in a few layers of thin plastic, so they also arrived damaged. When I asked for a return, the seller said they couldn't provide a return label and that I would have to arrange myself. Over the last few weeks I've exchanged countless messages and eventually eBay had to step in to issue my refund. Their tactic is to make it as difficult as possible to get your refund in the hope that you give up.

  The books were well wrapped and packed - probably got a little squashed on the journey but not the fault of the seller at all. Communication was excellent and I would definitely buy from them again. Definitely good value. Recommend.

  Item was for a gift.Condition rating was 'new',but untrue.Item damaged before despatch,& insufficiently double-wrapped in plastic,so arrived badly bashed.After many hours and emails,seller promised to refund original order cost and return P&P,but only refunded the former,so I asked eBay to step in,to resolve latter.There were other problems,e.g.seller wouldn't accept that any loss of money or poor feedback was their fault,no-one else's.Hence,first time I've ever given a negative feedback rating.

  Auch wenn die Lieferung über einen Monat gedauert hat um das Buch von Indien nach Deutschland zu liefern, kam die gewünschte Ware unversehrt und wie versprochen an. Ansonsten finde ich die Preise immer sehr gut. ^^
