  The product was not the exact model I had hoped it would be. That said, the communication with the seller was excellent and the delivery time was fast and it arrived professionally packaged. The manufacturer has made changes to the product without accurately adjusting the description. This Seller used the info as provided by the manufacturer, so there was zero fault there. I'd definitely buy from this Seller again if they have items i need/want.

  I ordered the emerald green sweat scraper pictured in the listing. When I got it, it was lime green. The color I received did not look anything like the picture. However, when I contacted the seller about it, she responded to my message immediately! She gave me a prompt refund AND let me keep the lime scraper as well! I will definitely purchase more from this seller! It's nice to buy from a seller with integrity and honesty who puts customers first and backs the things she sells.

  Received the carts and they were not what we thought they were (i.e. remote control). Sent message to seller regarding a return. Received a call from the seller who was so helpful regarding return and new purchase of the cart we were looking for. She was very cooperative, polite, understanding and just a pure pleasant person. I highly recommend this seller. As for the cart, it was very nice except not having a remote control that you held.
